Privacy & Cookies
This note covers the ContextAI website (getcontext.today) — what it measures and the cookies involved. The ContextAI macOS app handles your text separately and is not covered here.
What we collect
We collect anonymous, aggregate usage data to understand what's useful and improve the page:
- Google Analytics 4 — only after you accept analytics cookies. It records aggregate data such as pages viewed, approximate region (derived from your IP address, which Google anonymizes), device and browser type, and the referring site. We do not collect your name, email, or precise location.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless measurement of aggregate page views and performance. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Cookies & your choice
Analytics cookies are off by default — nothing is set until you choose Acceptin the banner:
- Accept — Google Analytics sets its
_gacookies to measure repeat visits. - Decline — no analytics cookies are set; Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage disabled.
Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change or reset it, clear this site's data / local storage and reload.
What we don't do
No advertising, no selling or sharing of personal data, and no cross-site profiling. This is a small marketing site — we only want aggregate numbers.
